Your credit consumption depends on the selected Providers.
Transcriber
Your choice of Speech to Text (STT) model and provider.
Depends on the duration of calls (rounded to seconds).
LLM Provider & model
Your choice of Large Language Model (LLM) and provider.
Depends on the total LLM tokens generated.
Text to Speech (TTS)
Your choice of Speech to Text (STT) model and provider.
Depends on the characters.
Telephony provider
Your telephony provider and the country/region of the phone numbers.
Depends on the duration of calls (rounded to minutes).
Connect providers to decrease costs
You can connect your Providers securely to transfer and offset your costs. We don’t charge for any usage for providers that you have connected to Bolna.

After each conversation, go to the Agent Executions page to see how many credits the conversation consumed.
Credits consumed for calls
You can connect your own Providers like Telephony, Transcriber, LLMs, Text-to-Speech and lower the costs. In that case Bolna will not charge for that component.
